Calming, Quiet, Focussing on the Breath

Every week at the Dragon Café at 5.30 pm, a mindfulness group will be held, headed up by Tamara Russell of www.mindbodymot.com.   The group involves sitting with others in a circle, developing awareness of the body, thoughts, and sounds in the environment and practicing the art of returning one’s inner focus on the breath.   A technique which is shown to help build inner capacity to raise awareness and manage difficult situations or challenging mental states.
